Ultra-compact 12 W AC/DC power supplies

The Traco Power TOM series is a new generation of open frame switching power supplies for direct mounting on PCBs.

A cost optimised, compact design and superior price/performance ratio make this product interesting for many applications in small electronic equipment with low power consumption, according to the manufacturer. Currently, there are four models available with 5 V/2 A, 12 V/1 A, 15 V/0,8 A and 24 V/0,5 A outputs. Universal input (85-264 V a.c.) with safety approval to EN/IEC 60950, UL 60950 and EN 55022, class B compliance, qualify these power supplies for worldwide use.

Further features are an operating temperature range of -10 to +70°C, overload and short circuit protection. The ultra-compact (65 x 32 x 23 mm) modules can be soldered directly on PCBs via solder pins.
