The latest software version of Ceibo's FE-RD2 emulator supports Atmel's AT89C51RD2 (enhanced version of the T89C51RD2) and AT89C51ED2 devices. The PLCC chip is simply replaced on the emulator and the corresponding device is selected in the options menu.
