Test laboratory can cut your product's time-to-market

ITC Services was established in 1988 as the first privately-owned electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test laboratory and consultancy service in South Africa. With a MIL-STD-461 test facility and an 'open area test' site, the company offers a full consultancy service for non-compliance of EMC. The test facility is ISO 17025 accredited for the CISPR 11, 15, 16-1 and 22 standards.

With its vast experience in EMC (in excess of 50 man-years) ITC says that it has the capability to offer guidance during one's design phase, thereby drastically decreasing time to production. Guidance is given with respect to PCB layout, placement of components, filtering and shielding of enclosures.

One of the top laboratories in the country, ITC Services can offer EMC tests and reports for almost all standards up to 1 GHz. The company says that it allows its client's engineers to witness the tests and do alterations while testing. This guides and assists the engineer so that any non-compliance of equipment is identified. Should the non-compliance be of a minor nature, it can be corrected in the lab, otherwise the engineer then has the knowledge to correct the problem later.

ITC Services also markets and supplies a wide range of EMI products, and is a distributor for conductive gaskets, windows, adhesives, paints, filtered connectors, and other products.
