PVAs broad range of dispensing products includes an auger valve and auger valve controller, SV100 and SVC100. The programmable controller with digital display allow parameters of timed duration, reverse time for drool control and automatic or manual mode to be keyed in. This tabletop controller can control the SV100 auger valve. The valve is available with 8, 16 or 32 pitch type screws. The material pressure, time of deposit duration, tip diameter and speed of auger will allow an infinite control over deposit size possibilities. The valve's disposable material path makes maintenance and day to day cleaning very simple.
The valve is ideal for filled materials like solder or brazing pastes, filled silicones and other thermally conductive materials. The controller and valve can be utilised as a standalone unit or integrated to PVA robotic platforms or existing in house automation.
