Fischer Elektronik, a manufacturer of heatsinks, precision headers and 19" modular systems, has extended its case system for Euro cards, by the introduction of a closed version that is protected to the IP54 standard.
An ingenious profiling technique, together with the use of aluminium, achieves high stability and good heat dissipation. A particular feature of the tube case is that the brackets for wall mounting, which are supplied with the case as accessories, can be fastened without any screws.
The case may also be used as bench case.
These cases are available with a natural or black anodised surface. The electrically conductive version is supplied with a transparent or yellow chromated finish or it may be subsequently painted (EMC/ESD).
