Products & Solutions
Texas Instruments is offering highly accurate low drop-out regulators (LDOs) in SOT-23 to simplify power design for 150 mA, 250 mA and 400 mA devices. Achieving high integration and low dropout for noise-sensitive applications, these LDOs require no capacitor and have reverse leakage current protection and are extremely low noise. The TPS731xx, TPS732xx and TPS736xx families, provide superior load transient response and stability with or without an additional output capacitor. All three families of devices help extend battery life and system run-times through a low current consumption of under 1 µA when the LDOs are in shutdown mode. Key features: ultra-low dropout voltage of 30 mV; low 30 µV r.m.s. noise; 1% overall accuracy over line, load and temperature; less than 1 µA max I(Q) in shutdown; input voltages, 1,8 V to 5,5 V; standard output voltages, 5 V, 3,3 V, 3 V, 2,5 V, 1,8 V, 1,5 V and adjustable (1,2 V to 5,5 V).
