Infineon says that its RF bipolar transistors (BFPxx/BFRxx/BFSxx/BFTxx) cover practically the complete range of wired and wireless applications up to a working frequency of 20 GHz. The devices are available in standard SOT packages. Selected types come in miniature flatlead TSFPs and now also in leadless TSLP-3 packages for single types and TSLP-6 packages for twin-type transistors. A key feature of the device is the low voltage and current operation.
