Schurter's power entry module EF12, combines an appliance inlet, a line-filter and a circuit breaker for equipment and is suitable for high currents up to 16 A IEC/EN and 20 A UL/CSA.
The EF12 contains: appliance inlet 16 A according to IEC/EN 60320-1, circuit breaker for equipment and a line-filter (12/16 A IEC/EN; 12/16/20 A UL/CSA). The circuit breaker for equipment interrupts the electric circuit by overload current up to 20 A, and works at the same time as an on/off switch. Optionally available: without overload protection, with a remote trip or undervoltage release. An additional EMV-shield helps to facilitate troublefree function of equipment.
Further advantages are the reduction in production costs due to the wired elements and the compact measurements of the EF12.
