Many signal transmissions are designed as EEx ia current circuits. The Termitrab TT-EX(I)-24DC protection devices as well as the modular terminal blocks for such areas have blue housings. With powerful surge voltage arresters and quick-responding suppressor diodes, the two-tiered protective circuits are built in slim 6,2 mm design. Due to the low protection level and the high surge arresting capacity of 10 kA, a reliable protection for the electronics is achieved in little space. Non-intrinsically safe signal circuits are connected with the surge voltage protection Termitrab TT-2-PE-24DC.
