Although a large number of technical components have been standardised, especially in the field of heatsinks, 'special parts' meeting specific requirements are always needed and cannot be replaced by standard components. Fischer Elektronik, says that the intricate features of a structure may prevent the use of existing solutions, and the modification of existing items may be too complex or unsatisfactory.
In the case of small quantities, especially, existing solutions and the cost of achieving satisfactory results must be carefully considered and compared with special parts while still meeting the exact requirements. In such cases, it may be reasonable to prepare a special part, eg, a milled component, to fully meet the customer's specification.
Fischer Elektronik offers its expertise in this field. Using modern manufacturing equipment (CNC machines) and applying advanced methods, special parts are milled according to the customer's drawing or specification. Possible solutions are evaluated in conjunction with the customer. Shapes and sizes which are technically feasible are prepared from suitable materials. Surface finishes such as galvanising, painting, powder coating, printing, etc, are available.
