Diotec is offering Zener diodes in SMD and through-hole packages, which have been either discontinued by competitors or are hard to find. These are industry-standard ZMM and ZMY in SMD package as well as the axial lead type ZY.
The ZMM in MiniMELF offers up to 500 mW power dissipation, and is available in Zener voltage ranges from 1 V to 100 V, whereas the ZMY is capable up to 1,3 W from 1 V to 200 V. The ZY in plastic package DO-41 allows up to 2 W, covering the same voltage range from 1 V to 200 V.
