Space-saving layout facilitates more convenient use for stencil printer

The Speedprint 200 semi-automatic stencil printer has a new accessible design, and combines all the facilities one is used to, but with a more convenient space saving layout. Designed as an entry-medium level series standalone package, Speedprint's SP200 conforms to CE specifications, provides a small footprint and is equipped with a combination of proven unique features for ultimate flexibility and performance.

These features were designed for the ease of the user and includes programmable pressure settings to ensure optimum process control, variable board-stencil separation to maintain consistent print definition, flexible system tooling to ensure fast and accurate product set-up and changeovers and a mylar alignment system to provide a robust foundation for a fully-programmable squeegee head and shuttle table, allowing accurate and repeatable print deposition.

Options include a vision alignment system to allow the close checking of PCBs and an under screen cleaner.
