Cost-effective solution for electronic switching

With its slimSSR and R-switch relay products, Tyco Electronics offers two fully electronic relays potted into two standard relay housings with standardised pin configurations for fast, reliable and wear-free switching. Thus, this reliable and wear-free switching technology which allows spark, bounce and noise-free switching can be applied without the need for any design or layout changes.

These products are highly suited for interface sockets or panel mounts in particular, when used in harsh and demanding environments.

Available packages are SNR and RT. Advantages: high reliability; high life expectancy; noiseless switching; wear free switching; no bouncing; insensitive to shock and vibration; minimum control current; galvanic separation through opto coupler.
