In additon to the existing clips which are made from aluminium, Fischer Elektronik has now developed a plastic clip. This clip allows quick and easy fastening of heat sinks, cases etc, by snapping them directly onto the mounting rail.
The stable extruded plastic profile with an integral spring effect ensures a firm and secure hold. A universal, solid plastic clip, it is suitable for all mounting rails to DIN EN 50022 with a material thickness of between 1 and 2,3 mm.
The material is hard PVC, and is classified to UL94:V-0. It is resistant to temperatures up to 90°C.
