OKW has extended its range of accessories with a protector for the Datec-Control XS handheld case. In the selection of material, a decision was taken in favour of a special elastomer whose properties make it ideal for this purpose, eg, for easy assembly, to absorb impacts and to protect the electronics in the case and for the surface protection of peripheral equipment and devices.

For the Ergo-Case range of cases, a new pocket clip/belt, is available. The contours and dimensions of the clip follow the case design of the sizes S and M, making it easier to carry the case on the body. Access to the battery compartment is available in size M.

Ergo-Case M is now also available without a battery compartment, to take advantage of direct power supply on the PCB. Thus more installation volume is available or it can be used as a cable-linked solution. It is available in the standard colours off-white and black, as well as in flat or raised case versions.

Ideal for terminals, PCB plug headers and front connectors, OKW's Railtec C, the comprehensive range of cases for DIN rail mounting, are installation-friendly for mounting components as well as for connection work. The PC, PA and ABS material offers superior properties for tough conditions, with high temperature stability. All materials comply with UL 94 V-0.
