Range of IP65 polyester enclosures and cabinets extended

Elen Enclosures has extended its range of glass reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosures with the addition of the PLA Series. These products complement its existing palette of small to medium-sized polyester enclosures and add 40 basic sizes and 336 models to the existing supply program.
The main technical features of the range are high IP rating, superior mechanical strength (IK 10) and high resistance to corrosion, weathering and vandalism. They are ideal for use in coastal areas and heavy industrial atmospheres, as encountered in the mining, chemical/petrochemical and food and beverage industries, pulp and paper plants, sewage works, textile industries and steel mills. With the 19" rack accessories they present an ideal solution for mounting 19" electronics in challenging environments.
The range is offered in five heights from 500 to 1500 mm, four widths from 500 to 1250 mm (in steps of 250 mm) and two depths 320 or 420 mm, and according to the company, represent the largest supply program of polyester enclosures available on the market.
Versions with front and rear doors and safety glass windows extend the range further. The enclosures and cabinets can be wall or floor-mounted as well as joined side-by-side or back-to-back. Accessories include zinc-coated steel chassis, insulating material chassis, perforated chassis, chassis slides, internal doors, 19" fixed or swing frames, rain canopies, distribution board conversion kits, shelves, wall mounting brackets, plinths etc.
Elen says its experienced workshop can also customise these enclosures with special-sized cutouts and windows, according to client specifications.
