In-line packaged rectifier bridge

IXYS' new single-phase rectifier bridge, the GBO25-12/16NO1, is packaged in a standard, thin single in-line package. Current bridges offer from 50 V up to 1000 V whereas this device features a VRRM of 1200-1600 V. Its higher surge current capability of 370 A also increases the safety margin.
Features of the devices are: VRRM up to 1600 V; low forward voltage drop; planar passivated chips; low forward voltage drop; epoxy is UL 94V-0 rated.
Typical applications can be found in: supplies for DC power equipment; input rectifiers for PWM inverters; battery DC power supplies; and field supplies for DC motors.
