While continually extending its range of standard parts, one of its latest focus solutions is for the Power Integrations range of switching ICs. The PI Expert software is an excellent tool to obtain a transformer design says the company, and in the vast majority of cases, it can simply interpret the selection with a standard offering from its range. No purchasing or design issues required with a standard component. To complement this it can offer suitable EMC chokes and output filters to give a design that will work with the PI silicon.
The company's 'SmartPower' focus has a dedicated site at www.kaschke-smartpower.com. Solutions for the low power LinkTN through to the PI range to the high power TopSwitch are all supported.
