Robust 5,1" LCD displays

Hitachi Display Products Group's SP14N01L6ALCZ and SP14N01L6VLCZ high performance 5,1" display modules are designed for demanding and hostile environments. Suited for a range of applications from home appliances to vending machines, and from industrial process control interfaces to ePOS terminals, the SP14N01L6xLCZ modules offer design engineers a toughened 240 x 128 (h) mm black and white STN display that includes resistive touchscreen functionality.

A wide viewing angle polariser has been added to help disperse light output and improve viewing. High brightness white LEDs replace previously used CCFL backlights. Use of LEDs improves robustness and also removes the need for a high voltage inverter.
