The 48 V d.c. power input in telecommunications applications is the main target of Spectrum's newly developed series of EMI-filters. Complementing the company's existing range of standard AC and DC filters, the new series is shown in its recently published EMI Power Filter cataloque.
The filters address the increased power requirements of telecommunication systems and complies with the related specifications for indoor and outdoor applications. Voltage ratings from 24 V to 250 V and current up to 200 A can be accommodated. They offer superior insertion loss figures over the frequency range of 150 kHz to 10 GHz.
This cataloque describes a wide selection of products that address products not only for telecommunications applications, but also for military, traffic controls, secure communications, instrumentation, medical and industrial use.
Spectrum Control also offers custom designs, fast turnaround of prototypes, approvals to UL, CSA and TUV as well as value-added services where additional features and components can be included upon request.
