Benchtop pneumatic dispensers for production fluids

EFD offers the UltraT-range benchtop pneumatic dispensers that are used throughout various industries for assembly and other applications.

These dispensers are said to be easy-to-use and do not require extensive training to make consistent deposits. This adds to flexibility in work assignment.

Whether the application is to apply solder pastes, glues, sealants or any other fluid or paste, EFD says its dispenser can help ensure consistent, repeatable deposit sizes without drool or mess.

Designed for accurate control, these precision dispensers offer the following advantages:

* Eliminate operator guess-work.

* Save material costs due to consistently accurate deposits.

* Gives products a neater appearance due to accuracy.

* Less rejects - often caused due to inconsistent volume deposits.

* No hand fatigue for the operator.

Standard features include: dispenses all assembly fluids; vacuum control for watery fluids; digital display of dispense time with microprocessor control; interchangeable between three modes of operation: timed; steady or the helpful 'Teach' mode for initial deposit set-up.
