Enclosures for controls and decentralised automation

The IDG-A enclosure from Erni is designed for modern applications to house management equipment, measurement relays, modular time switches, light switching units and for modules in decentralised automation.
This slimline enclosure permits easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails with an installation width of only 17,5 mm. The snap-together design permits ease of assembly and soldering of the complete PCB (with the terminals and components): the PCB is simply positioned and the bottom and the top parts of the enclosure are snapped together.
Cable termination is simple via screw terminals or pluggable termination. Two or three smaller PCBs vertical to the larger PCB can be installed. The vertical PCBs allow for the use of components that require additional height (like transformers, relays, etc). The hinged transparent cover also allows for easy adjusting and protection of any switches and/or signalling devices.
