Central Semiconductor's CMLSH05-4DO is a dual, low VF Schottky diode device, packaged in a PICOmini SOT-563 surface mount case.
The SOT-563 case uses 55% less board space than two individual SOD-523 devices and boasts a maximum profile of 0,6 mm. Configured as two isolated devices with an opposing anode/cathode pinout, each diode has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V, a high continuous forward current of 500 mA, and a low VF of 0,35 V at 100 mA.
The CMLSH05-4DO has been designed for battery-powered applications requiring a low forward voltage drop.
