SAW duplexer for 1,9 GHz band

Murata's small, light-weight SAW duplexer for 1,9 GHz frequency band, the SAYHP1G88EB0F04, is a module type with SMD type SAW filter and matching element mounted on the PCB. Its size is compact at 5 x 5 x 1,65 mm.

The company has succeeded in reducing the frequency temperature coefficient (frequency variance per 1°C), from about -42 ppm/°C to about -14 ppm/°C by incorporating Murata's own unique material selection as well as design approach for IDT. It has realised superior attenuation characteristics over a wide -30 to

85°C temperature range for the 1,9 GHz band PCS having a narrow frequency gap of only 20 MHz between the Tx and Rx band.

It is guaranteed for 10 000 hours at 55°C ambient and 0,8 W operation.
