Fujitsu Components Europe offers a 10 A power relay that has a maximum noise level of 50 dB for use in sophisticated consumer appliances, such as digital televisions.
An internal U-shaped spring enables the relay's low noise level, even when mounted on a PCB.
The FTR-H3 is a 1 Form A relay with a switching voltage of 400 V a.c. and 300 V d.c. It carries a 78 A inrush rating, and features 8 mm clearance distance between coil and contacts for high-insulation resistance. This silent relay has dimensions of 28,8 x 13,7 mm and 18,8 mm high. It comes in standard coil voltages of 5, 6, 9, 12, 24 and 48 V d.c. and features 530 mW nominal power. The FTR-H3 has a surge withstand voltage of 10 000 V (min) and features 5000 V a.c. dielectric strength between coil and contacts.
With an electrical life of 100 000 operations at rated load (10 A, 250 V a.c.), it meets TV-5 standards, and UL, CSA and VDE certifications, and is also RoHS compliant. Its operating temperature range is -40 to +75°C.
