For designing video screens with high contrast and high appeal, Infineon Technologies says its MultiLED (LATB/LHGB T686, LATB T683) family of lamps in an SMD package gives one the advantage of full-colour MultiLED with the black printed surface. It realises higher contrast and is therefore particularly suitable for video screens. The RGB LED chips can also be controlled separately. The MultiLED LATB T68x is capable for the NTSC-standard. Applications also benefit from performance reaching up to 1000 cd/m2.
