Fluke 90 series ScopeMeter upgrade offer

21 September 2005 Test & Measurement

Fluke distributor Comtest is encouraging its customers to upgrade their old 90 Series Fluke ScopeMeters for the new Fluke 196C or 199C ScopeMeter. The company is offering every customer that upgrades a free SCC kit worth R4223, which includes free software, USB cable and hard carry case.

As of the end of this year, the Fluke 90 Series ScopeMeters will be discontinued. Users that upgrade to the Fluke 190 Series of high-end oscilloscopes will benefit from many new features, including a high-resolution colour display that has a fast update rate, waveform pass/fail testing and a digital persistence mode - making the analysis of complex and dynamic signals much easier.

The Fluke 190 Series has a bandwidth of 60, 100 and 200 MHz and sample rates up to 2,5 GSps. With a deep memory of 27 500 points per input, they are well-suited for engineers who need the full capabilities of a high-performance oscilloscope in a handheld battery-powered instrument.
