Low profile inductors

Murata's latest wire-wound choke inductors are particularly useful to users of white LEDs. Maximum profile height is only 0,95 mm, allowing these as well as manufacturers of DC-DC converters for other applications, to reduce the overall height of their products.
The LQH2MC series inductors footprint is 2,0 by 1,6 mm, and with the low profile height it can be used in many applications where height is a major restriction. Features include a wide inductor range (10-82 mH) in E12 values with ±10% tolerance. Maximum current is 225 mA on the 10 mH value.
Reflow soldering is recommended for these parts and optimum performance is achieved when the solder pads are no wider than the component.
