Pacific Power Source has introduced what it says is an extremely affordable line of frequency/voltage converters for production line testing, military applications and operation of imported equipment. Frequency converters allow users to duplicate worldwide power for export product testing and duplication of military/avionics power for 400 Hz aircraft or shipboard use.

The FC100 Series of AC power sources suits applications requiring clean regulated AC power. These instruments utilise linear amplification to provide low distortion and precision output performance. Set-up and operation is easy. Simple front panel layout allows users to continuously vary voltage and frequency or to select preset standard frequency settings. Universal power outlets are provided on the front panel for ready access to the controlled power.

This product line offers four instruments ranging from 500 VA to 3000 VA with output frequency capability from 45 to 500 Hz. Dual range output voltages allow selection of either 0-150 V or 0-300 V ranges. Individual meter displays provide digital readouts for frequency and voltage, while a digital multimeter displays current, power factor or power, which eliminates the need for external metering.
