The SP400V is the new vision solder paste stencil printer from Samsung. Its high accuracy and affordability makes it essential for large production volume lines.

With a speed cycle of 10 s per PCB as well as precision alignment, Samsung says it has a definitive edge on the competition and technology by using Samsung's COGNEX vision system and PATMAX algorithm.

Advantages of the PATMAX algorithm are:

* Accurately locates severely degraded fiducials.

* Automatically adjusts for variation in fiducial size.

* Accurately measures angle and size of fiducials with a single alignment step.

The cleaning system is fully programmable to minimise operator intervention. It can be used wet, dry or with vacuum cleaning and the AC motor has speed control for cleaning actuation.

The machine's user-friendly Windows-based software combined with operator guidance and warning messaging makes the SP400V a highly-rated stencil printer.
