Customers request has created a new generation of aluminium enclosures and enclosure-features from Rolec. The aluCASE series has now been enlarged by seven sizes, resulting in a total of 14 sizes. Customers can choose between dimensions ranging from 90 x 120 x 60 mm to 170 x 280 x 90 mm with ingress protection class IP 67, and IP 69K on request.
The fixing points in the upper and lower parts guarantee secure fixing of built-in components. The upper-parts have recesses for membrane keypads. Integrated hinges provide strain relief for wiring between the top and bottom. The enclosure can be installed after closing. Clip-on design covers conceal the fixing and mounting parts.
In addition to this completely renewed aluminium enclosure concept, Rolec also offers a functional tilting adaptor made of extruded aluminium and plastic tops. With this addition the aluCASE series is predestined not only for the measurement and control engineering, but also for data gathering systems and access controls.
Mounted at the wall or serving as a console the adaptor's inclination of 20°/70° facilitates ergonomic and non-tiring working in many areas of application. The tilting adaptor can also be combined with many other Rolec enclosures.
