Numerous elements of Rolec's Quadro bracket system have been redesigned and several functions have been improved. The Quadro 50 and 80 systems with quadratic tubes, which are now supplied with a standard powder coating in the RAL 7035 colour, have proved their reliability under rough conditions for many years, according to the maker. The enclosure couplings, set on articulations and elbows, were redesigned.
The Quadro 50 and Quadro 80 now have an elbow adapter onto which control lamps can be fastened. The new articulation set has an orifice that may be closed, to assure easy installation of the cables. The recently integrated friction bearings allow for easy movement and enable an 'overhead installation' of the set on articulation. Straight bearing edges for the tube allow for easy alignment.
The IP54 protection class allows the use of Quadro support lugs, together with control enclosures, even in difficult industrial environments.
