Hirose offers PCB-to-wire connectors with 0,9 mm contact spacing. The DF24 series are vertical mating board-to-wire connectors for application such as Notebook PC, compact office equipment, compact consumer appliance/Notebook PC, LCD connection parts, and various types of medical equipment.
They feature 0,9 mm contact spacing and vertical mating for space-efficient mounting. The lower mated height of 3,8 mm with double low contact arrangement and horizontal wiring facilitates compact products. A clear tactile click ensures sufficient mating. High reliability with a two point contact structure, the effective mating length of the DF24 series is 0,55 mm.
Specifications: no. of positions is 40/50; current rating 0,3 A/1 A; terminal pitch and contact spacing are both 0,9 mm; and it is rated for -35 to 85°C.
