Mean Well has introduced the QP-320 series, a 320 W quad-output enclosed type switching power supply with power factor correction (PFC) function. Featuring 20 A (<1 ms) peak current capability for the 24 V channel which is repeatable every 100 ms, QP-320 series can provide the power demand for operating a motor-based machinery.
Besides the standard functions of remote sense and PF/PG signal output, the output voltage of CH1 and CH2 can be adjusted from
-5% to +10%, which gives users more flexibility under different kind of applications. This new series is suitable for gaming machine, lottery vending machine, or other general electronic usage such as factory automation, instrumentation.
Outputs are for CH1 through CH4: 5 V, 20 A; 12 V,10 A; 24 V, 3 A; -12 V, 2 A (for QP-320D) and 5 V, 20 A; 15 V, 8 A; 24 V, 3 A; -15 V, 1,6 A (for QP-320F).
Using the same case as QP-200 series, the new QP-320 boosts the output power by 60%. All design and component selection is carefully selected to ensure long lifetime of the power supplies. Dimensions are 215 x 115 x 50 mm (LxWxH), and the unit is TUV/CE/ UL/CUL approved.
