For basic electrical insulation testing, the compact Fluke 1503 is a cost-effective rugged tool that can handle the most common tests.
The Fluke 1507 is recommended for electrical contractors, industrial and commercial electricians, while the Fluke 1503 is recommended for residential and commercial electricians.
