SM pin headers and receptacles for simple board-to-board stacking

Now available from Tyco Electronics is a range of RoHS-compliant Ampmodu surface mount pin headers and vertical receptacles on a 2,54 mm grid, offering a simple and reliable surface mount board-to-board stacking solution for a wide range of industries and applications.

Available in single and double row format, and in sizes up to 20 positions per row, both surface mount pin headers and vertical receptacles feature 0,8 μm gold-plated contacts and are supplied complete with pick and place cap, allowing simplified placement using standard vacuum methods.

Surface mount pin headers may also be used for wire-to-board applications in combination with suitable Ampmodu cable mount receptacles.
