Norwe's ETD-Series lr coilformers series is a completely new design from the company, and is based on its existing ETD-series (ETD 19 to ETD 59). These coilformers feature a reduced weight and also a minimised overall height. Special winding noses and wire routing has been improved, which provides tension-relief when binding on the wire.
Due to their optimised design, these coilformers are appealing with regard to technical features as well as cost-effectiveness. The material is Polyethylene Terephtalate PET, UL 94 V-0, for longterm use at +200°C. Pin material is tin bronze. Maximum solder temperature is 350°C for 2 s. Special materials, eg, irradiated, cross-linked - and other designs are available on request.
