Zetech has a lead (Pb) free 'Kick-Start' samples box available that includes the following products: Cobar lead-free wire S95.5-395 (0,7 mm diameter); and Cobar 100 ml PSM-45 peelable solder mask.
According to the company, the Pb-free solderwire is 1,0% w/w flux, five cores, and leaves no residues nor generates irritant fumes. It is available in 500 gram reels as SAC-alloy 0,3; 0,5; 0,7 mm and up. The PSM 45 Pb-free compatible peelable solder mask is easy to apply, fills holes up to 8 mm in diameter, has short skinning time and cures fast, leaves no residues, and has a high contrast colour. It is available in 200 ml bottles.
