Established in 1976, P. Beulich Sheet Metal Manufacturers (www.pbeulich.co.za) is situated in Denver, Johannesburg, operating from two individual properties opposite one another, ie, 31 Sandberg Street and 2 Battery Street with a total of 3000 square metres of factory floor space.
With a total staff complement of 60 people, the company offers a complete turnkey service, ranging from assistance in design, to a final powder-coated or passivated-plating product.
The company has a dedicated design team that, during the design stage, will spend all the time needed with customers to ensure that their products meet their specifications and requirements, and if needed, samples of products can be manufactured for final approval prior to production.
Using mild steel, aluminium, 3CR12, stainless steel, copper and brass, the company manufactures electronic enclosures, control boxes, mechanical enclosures, UPSs, vending machines, hospital equipment, heatsinks, busbars, universal face plates, and similar products. An extensive range of standard sheet metal products are also manufactured for stock and this is continually upgraded and expanded.
With the use of the very technically advanced Amada CNC machines, the company specialises in advanced processes related to the sheet metal manufacturing industry, for example CNC-cutting, -punching and -bending, shearing, notching, spot welding and CO2 welding. P. Beulich also has its own in-house powder-coating and passivating-plating plants.
The company is currently in the process of applying for ISO 9001/2000 certification in order to enhance its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
