Altron CFO a Businesswoman of the Year finalist

Diane Radley, chief financial officer of Altron, has been named as one of the three finalists in the corporate category of the Businesswoman of the Year Award. The award recognises South Africa's leading corporate and entrepreneurial businesswomen.

Radley's contribution to Altron has been recognised by the Businesswomen's Association, not only for her leadership role in terms of the consolidation of the group's financial performance, but also through her participation in major decision-making and strategy. In addition, it takes into consideration her corporate finance contribution on mergers and acquisitions.

Diane joined Altron in 2002 and serves on the boards of Altron, Altech, BTG and Powertech. She is also a member of the Altron Executive Committee and a trustee of the Altron Group Pension Fund as well as a non-executive director of Omnia Holdings Limited.
