Omron's D3V is a basic switch with external lever and available in 21 A, 16 A,11 A, 6 A and 0,1 A. Omron also has a high temperature version available in 11 A, 6 A and 0,1 A. This D3V-T model has polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) plastic moulding material because of its excellent high temperature performance, inherent flame retardance and chemical resistance.
Omron offers the D3V switch with pin plunger, hinge lever, long hinge lever, simulated hinge lever, short hinge roller lever or hinge roller lever. All are available with either internally or externally fitted levers, two fixing positions for external levers and a choice of terminal options.
The switches are offered in SPDT, SPST-NC and SPST-NO configurations. All Omron D3Vs conform to EN 61058-1, UL 1054, CSA C22.2 and UL 858 requirements for components incorporated in household appliances. The 6 A and 0,1 A of the D3V-T versions are VDE and UL approved for an operating temperature of 200°C. The D3V is RoHS compliant.
