Mean Well's new CG30 series, a 30 W lithium ion battery charger, complies with global safety certificates and the 2002/95/EC RoHS requirements of EU. The GC30 series are two-stage battery chargers with universal AC input range of 90~264 V a.c. No load power consumption is less than 1 W, dual-colour LED indicates the charging status, and the built-in short circuit/overload/over voltage/over temperature protections are main features.
The GC30 is especially suitable for charging lithium ion batteries in all kinds of end products. It incorporates the concept of general power adapter and battery charger. Two operating stages: constant current and constant voltage (C.C. and C.V. mode) are offered. Outputs available are: 4,2 V/5,6 V/7,2 V/8,4 V/ 14,3 V/16,8 V/28,6 V.
