The WHA 900 is an entry-level hot air station from Weller for less complex repair tasks or other hot air applications such as heat shrinking. It has an internal variable speed rotary pump to provide its air supply and a variable temperature hot pencil. Both are electronically controlled.
The ergonomic and powerful hot air pencil (700 W), together with the extensive range of standard WHA nozzles program make this tool highly versatile. Hot air nozzles are secured to the tool by a clamping screw (without vacuum). The ESD safe tool handle and tubing are manufactured from static dissipative materials.
Rotary potentiometers set the air temperature and volume. LEDs indicate the temperature condition. It also has standby and calibration functions. Air volume is 5-50 l/min and temperature range is 50-550°C. The unit measures 175 x 235 x 110 mm (W x L x H).
