For lighting applications such as uplighters and downlighters as well as for flashlight, decorative and automotive applications, Ledtech's 6 x 6 mm LED tiles are available in red, amber, green, blue, cool-white and warm-white.
The 16 LED die template is capable of a luminous flux up to 51,6 lumens for the cool white at If = 320 mA, Ta = 25°C and a view angle of 120°.
The 6 x 6 mm LED array is 0,74 mm high and comes as a tile or mounted on an aluminium heatsink for easy assembly.
