Optimised performance of products working in the 1,0 MHz to 1,0 GHz range can be achieved by using Murata's BNX022 LC filters, which minimise EMI without significantly attenuating the signals.
The new miniature designs reduce PCB space and volume needed while optimising performance. This filter has a mounted profile height of only 3,3 mm, yet Murata says it gives high insertion loss over a wide frequency range with low DC resistance, protecting power lines in many products.
It has a surface mount configuration on a 9,3 mm by 12,3 mm base; is rated 10 A at 85°C, operating from -40 to 125°C, derating linearly to 1,0 A at 125°C.
Insertion loss is 50 Ω @ 1 to 1000 MHz (20 to 25°C.) Withstanding voltage is 125 V d.c. and insulation resistance is 500 megaΩ.
