Single-row SMC in five different pin number variants

Erni's MiniBridge connector can cope with even the wildest vibrations in vehicles, machinery or space stations, according to the manufacturer. All cable cores sit snugly in their ducts, while the versions with a red clip are firmly locked against the plug being pulled out. The precise openings of the cable duct enable the plug to be specially configured with individual cable cores. Assigning only every second pin, for instance, permits higher voltages or currents. It is also easy to manually attach the cable or cable guide to different targets, it says.

The compact MiniBridge is said to be another leap forward in reliability and quality for a large number of traditional applications in industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology, automotive engineering and automation as well as in consumer goods.

Following the company's successful two-row SMC series, its MiniBridge is offered as a single-row version, likewise with different pin numbers (2, 3, 4, 6 and 8) and straight or angled cable termination.
