Permanent-magnet AC contactors

The ACR1 series permanent-magnet AC contactor is developed and manufactured by Andeli. This series of contactor is not only fairly quiet, but also designed to save energy.

The ACR1 series is suitable for use in the AC circuits up to 1000 V, 50/60 Hz, and conventional thermal currents to 630 A. It is mainly used for closing and breaking circuits at a long distance, for frequent starting and controlling of AC motors. It can also be used in combination with thermal relays or electronic protectors to make an electromagnetic starter.

These contactors use a rare earth permanent-magnet material with electronic control technology for closing and releasing. The breaking speed of contacts is higher than traditional electromagnetic AC contactors and, further, benefits of safety, reliability and minimal maintenance is achieved.
