Precision potentiometers with better performance

Bourns' sensors and controls division has released a new precision potentiometer family: Model 3547 (3-turn); Model 3548 (5-turn); and Model 3549 (10-turn). This family of precision potentiometers is based on traditional wirewound technology incorporating state-of-the-art materials and lean manufacturing assembly techniques, allowing competitive pricing. Performance parameters surpass those of Bourns' legacy 3540/3541, 3543 and 3545 Models, it says.
Standard options for this family include panel or servo lid mounting, single or dual gang, wirewound or Hybritron element, ±0,25 to ±0,1% independent linearity, various shaft lengths and diameters, slotted or flatted shaft, and anti-rotation pin. In addition, there is a bronze bushing with a stainless steel shaft version available for applications with side loading.
