Compel Electronics has released a new series of metric connectors for PCB applications. In addition to its existing COM-MET 2.5 and COM-MET 2 series (IEC 61076-4-104) and in order to satisfy the continuous demand from its customers, who currently use several types of standard PCB metric connectors, Compel developed its own family of 2 mm pitch metric connectors according to the IEC 61076-4-101 Norm, widely known as 'Hard Metric'.
This family of connectors, named COM-MET 2HM, comprises a whole series of male connector types, such as A - AB - B - B22 - C - D - E - F, with the P2 - R1 - R2 and R3 Press-fit terminations.
