Test pins offer reliable contacting

With its tip-style 19, Ingun has enhanced its well-established tip-styles of types HSS-118/HSS-118 M and HSS-120/HSS-120 M for contacting round connector pins and square posts.

The tip-style 19 combines the advantages of the classical tip-style 03 with the inverse cone and its effectiveness as well as the aggressiveness of the tip-style 06 with its serrated edges. This is achieved by means of cross grooves, which offer an aggressive contacting contour.

The tip-style 19 is resistant to contamination and has low contact resistance. Types HSS-118/HSS-118 M and HSS-120/HSS-120 M have current ratings of 16 A and 24 A max respectively. The recommended working stroke is 4,0 mm (5,3 mm max). Spring force at working stroke is 1,5 N and contact resistance less than under 10 mΩ. These probes can be used at temperatures of -100 to 200°C.
